Saturday’s only Approximately 8:00am - 2:00pm

TEAM REGISTRATION:
(Includes Team Registration, Referee Fees, 14 Player Slots & 10-12 games.)
Additional player: After 14 player $50 each
2007-2008 (25 mins x 2 halves)
2009-2010 (25 mins x 2 halves)
2011-2012 (25 mins x 2 halves)
2013-2014 (25 mins x 2 halves)
2015-2016 (25 mins x 2 halves)
2017-2018 (20 mins x 2 halves)
2019-2020 (20 mins x 2 halves)
Down payment of $600/team to secure spot.
- By week 3 team must be paid in full. Won't be scheduled after that.
*regular season format may vary depending on the quantity of teams per division. Formats may include single round, round-robin, group play etc..

Once there is enough teams signed up we will notify you if this division will be moving forward.
PLAYER REGISTRATION:
Player registration forms will be put into a roster (gamesheet). If players already have their assigned Jersey number please let us know.

Player must provide one of the options (a or b) of the following forms of identification before 1st game.
a) Passport OR Canadian Permanent Residence Card
b) Health Card + Birth Certificate
Team Managers are in charge of picking up their roster (gamesheet) before the game and give it to the referee in order to start.
Always ensure your roster (gamesheet) is up to date.
